Vacation Care at Ambrose is for children in school years K-6, and children from all faiths and schools are welcome to our services.
Our program is based on the "My Time Our Place" framework - which is focusses on children's interests and ensures we provide a program they love.
Activities include, excursions (where we go out into the community), workshops (where a special activity comes to us), games, sport, craft and much more.

2025 Parramatta Trials are held to select students in Parramatta Diocesan teams in the sports of: AFL, Football(Soccer), Hockey, Netball, Rugby League 11’s, Rugby League 12’s & Rugby Union, Softball & Touch. The sports of BASKETBALL, CRICKET & TENNIS ONLY are CLOSED and AFL, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Netball, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Softball & Touch Football are now OPEN. 2025 Parramatta Diocesan Team Trial dates are scheduled for Term 1 and Term 2 in 2025. Session 2 - 2025 CSPD Parramatta Primary Sport Rep Team Trials Info is available. Information will be posted on the Primary Sport Parramatta Diocese Facebook page and website TODAY. Eligibility Parramatta Diocesan Primary students enrolled in Years 5 and 6 in 2025 are invited to complete a nomination to participate in the Parramatta Diocesan Team Sport Trials during Term Four in 2024 and 2025. It is important to note that these trials are generally for those students that MUST demonstrate an ABOVE AVERAGE ability, HIGH LEVEL OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT, or in particular sports demonstrate REPRESENTATIVE playing experience in their nominated sport. In most sports, students should have experience playing regular competitions outside of school. Students in Year 4 in 2025 MAY nominate for the sports of Hockey, Softball, & Touch Football only. Parent information The Parent Information sheet for Years 5 and 6 students in 2025 is available and as listed above there are some opportunities for students in Year 4 in 2025 to trial in some sports. Please refer to the CSPD Primary Sport website and Facebook pages. Parents REGISTERING for Basketball, Cricket & Tennis will be available on CSPD Primary Sport website and Facebook pages.
